岗位职责Key responsibilities:
1. 负责中小学部和高中教师队伍的培养和管理,监控教学质量,指导教学部的教学工作,推动教学质量的不断提升;
In charge of training and managing teachers in primary, secondary and high school, monitoring teaching quality, guiding teaching and work for the team and improving teaching quality;
2. 精通IB和DSE课程体系标准,对教学进行有效指导及监督实施;
Proficient in the national curriculum standards of primary, secondary and high school , combined with the national curriculum requirements and IB and DSE curriculum system standards and effectively guide and supervise the teaching;
3. 负责教学工作的整体统筹与协调,制定年度、季度、月度的教学计划;
In charge of overall planning and coordination of teaching work, and making annual, seasonal and monthly teaching plans;
4. 严格把控校区各阶段教师需求量,提前做好教师储备,监督并考核新教师入职培训情况,优化人力成本,保证新教师入职后工作的顺利开展,做好优化教师队伍;
Strictly control the demand for teachers at all stages, place talented teachers in storage, supervise and evaluate the training of new teachers, optimize the cost of human resource, ensure the smooth development of new teachers, and optimize the teaching team;
5. 组织开展教研活动,并不定期进行业务培训、教学检查、考核、评估、评优工作,建立健全教师业务档案,确保教师队伍教学水平的提升;
Organize and carry out activities of teaching and researching , launch training, inspection, examination, evaluation of teaching work, establish teachers' files to guarantee the improvement of teaching quality;
6. 完成上级领导交办的其他事项。
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
任职资格Qualifications:
1、本科及以上学历,教育学、教育管理等相关专业优先,具有三至五年国际学校教学管理经验优先考虑;
Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Education Management or related fields preferred. Candidates with over 3 to 5 years experience in international school teaching management will be given priority into consideration.
2、熟悉IB和DSE课程体系, 热爱教育事业,具备良好的职业素养和进取精神,责任心、团队协作精神和服务意识强。
Familiar with IB and DSE curriculum system, passionate about education, with a strong sense of responsibility, career-oriented, teamwork spirit and service awareness.
3、英语表达流利,沟通意识与语言表达能力强。
Proficient in English, with strong interpersonal communication and expression skills.
