- Monitoring and management of project performance to achieve plans in terms of cost, quality, time

- Lead Functional Dept. Team member to ensure project delivery in line with project objectives

- Ensure Project core team have clear understanding of relevant policies and procedures in accordance with IATF16949, Include APQP/PPAP/MAS/SPC/FMEA.

教育背景:
Education background
◆ 本科 以上学历,工科专业优先。
Bachelor or above. Engineering background perfer
培训经历:
Training experience:
◆IATF16949体系和环境安全方面知识的培训。
Trained in IATF16949 systems, environment, and safety knowledge.
◆产品、工艺知识方面的培训
Trained in product knowledge and technology knowledge
经 验:
Experience
◆5-10年以上项目管理工作经验；
Have PM Scope working experience for 5-10 years.
◆汽车行业工作背景，有熟练的项目管理经验，
Auto Industrial company-working background with sufficient Tier1 working experience about the project management
◆有主流外资企业海外工作经验或者等同工作经验
Oversea experience or equal experience gained at foreign owned companies
技能技巧:

◆具备日文商务水平
Business Japanese level as foreign language skill.
◆具有优秀的自我驱动的独立工作能力、团队合作能力、谈判能力和沟通能力。
