• Be responsible for project management from order to delivery
负责从订单到发货中间项目管理所有内容。
• Set up efficient communication channel among inter-company, customer, headquarters to ensure project success;
在兄弟公司，总部和客户间建立有效沟通以确保项目成功。
• Define project scope and organize project kick off meeting. Recommend and acquire needed resource, manage and support project teams;
明确项目规模和组织项目启动会议，推荐和获取必要资源，管理和支持项目组。
• Make project Gantt plan and control the project progress using project management tool and skills. Deal with the all kinds of conflict happened during project process and provide feasible solution to project teams.
制定项目甘特图，使用项目管理的工具对于项目进度进行管理和控制。处理项目过程中各种冲突。
• Extend BOM in SAP of new project.
在SAP中扩展新项目的物料号。
• Coordinate production, buyer, engineering, logistics, sales and related departments to resolve related issue in time to make sure on time delivery.
协调生产、采购、工程、物流、销售及相关部门及时解决相关问题，确保按时交货。
• Assign work package and implement project according to internal procedure or customer special requirements on project development process. And archive project documents;
根据内部流程或客户对项目开发过程的特殊要求分配工作并实施项目。归档项目文件。
• Project risk (identification, analysis, preventive/corrective actions) management and cost tracking & control;
项目风险（识别、分析、预防/纠正措施）管理和成本跟踪和控制。
• Participate project related customer visits and meetings;
参与项目相关的客户拜访和会议。
• Other Task assigned by Line Manager.
上级布置的其他工作。
任职要求:
• Bachelor and above degree. Major in science and engineering, and mechanics or automation is a plus.
本科及以上学历，理工科专业，机械或者自动化专业优先
• +3 years related project management working experience
3年以上项目管理工作经验。
• Good English reading and writing skills, basic oral communication
良好的英语读写能力，能进行基本的口语交流
• Familiar with SAP system is a plus
熟悉SAP系统相关工作经验优先
• Excellent communication skill
优秀的沟通能力
• Work under pressure from different perspective
