RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will provide day to day IT support to users in ArtSci, servicing users deskside and remotely. The duties will include but not limited to:
* End-users support including employee lifecycle, IT assets lifecycle, business applications support and business relationship management
* Partner in project delivery, coordinate and implement IT projects and solutions to support business and production processes.
* Coordinate and implement global IT governance functions, such as IT policies, security, IT architecture.
* Response for IT compliance and security in scope
* Installation, configuration, testing, updating, and troubleshooting for software or application in scope
* Provide support and carry out IMACD services (Installation, Move, Add, Change and Disposal) for IT equipment in scope
* Provide “last mile” support of IT services within service portfolios including Infrastructure, workplace and collaboration, security, and plant automation
* Manage Incidents, Support Request and problems assigned to the team within defined SLA/OLA
* Manage IT assets and inventory, track IT purchasing request, monitor delivery and coordinate finance payment
* Manage local ERP system and application.
* Ensure IT service activity logged and trackable in ticket system
* Ensure facilities management moves, accountable for any stock management in the scope.
* Apply SOPs to deliver the Services within the scope
Requirement:
* College degree or above in computer science, or relevant degree required
* User focus oriented to keep the user satisfaction up to the mark
* ITIL Process understanding
* Good English communication
* Full stack software development knowledge, ERP experience will be an advantage
* More than 5 years’ experience for user support, good knowledge about PCs, Windows OS
* Basic knowledge for servers, network equipment and datacentre infrastructure
* Knowledge on Cisco or Aruba products is highly regarded.
