Responsibility：
•New supplier generation in system, and maintain regular supplier information
•Manage contracting process, monitor procurement to pay process.
•Managing supplier performance to cost, schedule and quality requirements.
•Recommend process improvement to streamline for efficiency. Analyze problems and deliver solutions.
•Provide regular reports to bring visibility on saving, compliance, opportunities and risks
•Perform additional related responsibilities as requested.
Requirements：
•Bachelor’s degree or above
•Minimum 1 years’ experience in Purchasing
•Good understanding about cost structure, with fact based negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills
•Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, cross culture understanding, organizing and coordinating ability.
