Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and minimum 5 years of work experience

Minimal 5+ years’ experience of software developments with both water-Fall and Agile methodologies.

l Possess strong technical capabilities knowledge and experience on MicroService development/governance, DevOps, Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD)

l Are passionate about technology and look for opportunities to learn & bring new ideas to the team

l Expert with Java and web based technologies (SpringBoot, SpringCloud) and both SQL and No SQL Databases (Oracle)

l Have experience with Production Support and incident management

l Excellent knowledge of their technical environment and will have significant responsibility in setting the way forward in the types of technology they look after. Forward thinking, making the right decisions based on strategy

Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology is advantage

Familiar with java development

Familiar with microservice deployment

Familiar with database SQL

Fluent oral English as working language

Understand Group and WholeSale IT strategies, help define technical strategy and execute which to fulfil business needs and aspirations on growth, management and control.

Setup the foundations for critical projects and lead the team to complete the design, implementation, testing and ongoing maintenance with high quality and efficiency.

Build up systems that are highly available and maintainable

Give guidance and instructions to junior engineers in their day to day work and effectively unblock them whenever needed.

Address existing technical debt and drive for technical evolution aka Digital Transformation for the teams by working closely with various parties including business, Subject Matter Experts, Solution Architects globally

Always bear risk in mind and implement and comply with Group Compliance Policy and regional regulatory requirements.
