In this role, you will have the opportunity to
• Closely support to drive compliance in your respective compliance subcommittee and business in playing a critical role in the designing, executing, and monitoring of all compliance initiatives in the subcommittee.

• Be involved in spotting the compliance gap in the business, finding practical solutions through strong analysis and balance weighing.

• Develop your overall capability in project management to handling all challenges in the day-to-day life, through close collaboration with top management team and key stakeholders in your respective subcommittee/business.
You are responsible to fully support the chair of the subcommittee to fulfill the below:
• Continuously drive and enhance Compliance Culture within its respective subcommittee.

• Proactively design and drive compliance initiatives within its respective subcommittee.

• Lead at HT Level to drive and deploy compliance initiatives as assigned by CCP Board.

• Actively support CCP Board to execute and implement China compliance programs.

• Report on status and progress to CCP Board.

• Oversee matters related to significant GBP violations within its respective business, and actions taken to prevent similar violations from occurring in the future; and

• Ensure and be accountable for compliance targets/ deliverables met and execution excellence

You are a part of
the respective compliance management team and subcommittee. You will base in Shanghai, report to the respective business leader of Great China and dot-line report to Head of Legal, Great China.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Law.

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience, experience in compliance or internal control would be a plus.

• Strong project management experience and analytical skills

• Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to gain respect of senior management.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Highly motivated and able to manage in a changing environment.

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, effective in dealing with people at all levels.

• Comfortable working in a team and independently, willing and able to take on responsibility.
