Key Responsibilities
1、Responsible for the development of APAC Essential Health (EH) packaging, aligned to the regional and global segment strategies for superior consumer experience.
2、Responsible for packaging execution excellence of projects pipeline applying the Kenvue Packaging Development Process to deliver the Right First Time approach in the ways of working.
3、Accountable for primary and secondary packaging component specification robustness, accuracy, and completeness.
4、Delivers projects with quality; complies with company requirements; compiles and analyses data, identifies causes, draws conclusions, and generates reports.
5、Demonstrates ability to deal with complexity and prioritize multiple rapidly changing priorities to ensure flawless execution.
6、Partners closely with Global Packaging teams of innovation, sustainability, experience, value realization, and supplier excellence to support platform development and supplier selection.
7、Partners closely with the Global Packaging Sustainability team in embedding packaging sustainability playbook and guidelines into the development of packaging specifications that deliver Kenvue’s sustainability commitments.
8、Partners with the cross-functional team to lead new package development based on consumer insights, delivering the targeted consumer benefit and key claims, while meeting cost targets.
9、Brings an external perspective by identifying, evaluating, and championing technical advancements, design trends, and innovations in packaging.
10、Stay aware of supplier and competitor new developments and highlight them to appropriate management as needed.
Required Qualifications
1、Education: A bachelor’s degree in a mathematical/scientific field is required, and a master's degree is preferred.
2、Required: 3+ years’ experience, preferably in the Personal Care industry.
3、Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering, Chemical Science, Polymer Science, or a related science field is required, an advanced degree is preferred.
4、Preferred experience in CPG/FMCG.
5、Solid knowledge of packaging technologies in plastic molding, flexible film, and fiber-based packaging…etc.
6、Proficient in English to manage projects across countries.
7、A strong focus on sustainability and eCommerce (Omnichannel) packaging is required.
8、Proficient in CAD, Packaging Development, material application, conversion technologies, DfM principles, and consumer use analysis.
9、Data savvy – ability to use data, insights & analytics to support perspectives.
10、Strong experimental skill and problem-solving skills.
11、Ability to communicate across the organization, including succinctly communicating technical details to non-technical stakeholders and business partners.
12、Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional partners to develop & implement programs.
13、Comfortable in making presentations and has strong communication skills.
14、Business acumen – understand trends, technology, and information impacting the business and organization; know how the business and competition work.
