岗位职责：
1、负责建立产品线海外市场总体竞争战略，并规划具体实施路线图以支撑总体产品战略落地；
2、负责与终端用户、渠道客户、销售部、研发部、制造部（公司）充分互动，规划并推动新产品开发；
3、对产品线的销售收入及盈利目标负责，主导产品线的利润规划及战略规划，制定并实施产品线海外市场短期及中长期战略，以实现销售机会和利润***化；
4、负责产品生命周期管理，以及产品线组合规划与管理，针对海外市场制定并更新产品路线图，牵头实施产品开发计划；
5、负责根据海外市场特点及客户需求，统筹管理产品国际认证有关事宜；
6、负责提炼、明晰产品线价值主张及卖点，创作具备多样性和有效性的产品销售工具以支持销售，包括产品样本、销售指导书、PPT演示资料等；
7、负责设计并实施产品线定价策略，对标准化产品提供指导价，以促进经营目标的达成；
8、负责根据市场环境，协助制定行业，分销等产品价格策略。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历；
2、电气、自动化等相关专业；
3、CET-4及以上，熟练的英文读写说能力；
4、熟练运用Office等办公软件；
5、具备良好的沟通表达能力，良好的演讲能力与技巧；
6、具备快速学习的能力和良好的业务敏感度。
