Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and manage all types of information related to the solution (product, software and services):
- Documents the use, functionality, and architecture of the solution and system
- Ensures users (internal and external) have al the required information to work on or with the solution
- Collects feedback from users and internal team to continuously improve information supply
- Writes easy to use user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Acts as second level consumer and customer support coordinator for technical solution issues
- Maintains online and offline documentation
- Creates self repair manuals and define opportunities in-line with quality and regulatory requirements
Experience / Qualification:
-Min. 3 years experience in product development, product documentation or technical documentation role; preferably including software documentation
-Minimum HBO (or local equivalent) in technical study (engineering, natural sciences); Bachelor or Masters degree preferred
-Knowledge in Author-IT, SAP DMS
-Fluent in English
