我们的客户公司是中国零售市场上的主力，在国内拥有众多连锁店铺，并计划在未来三年内进一步铺开销售网络。同时公司也在加大直播电商的投入，深化变革与数字化转型，以适应快速发展的市场环境。除了销售业务，还注重本土化运营和产品研发。我们的客户公司在中国建设了亚太研发中心，所有服装、配饰都源自于该中心，由中国本土化团队自主运营、自主设计和自主开发。此外，公司还致力于开发更多本土化、中国化的产品，以及适合本土化的推广方式，以满足中国消费者的需求。
工作内容
1、 根据战略目标、所服务业务的业务挑战，协助业务负责人制定其HR策略与工作重点、推动与促进业务变革以支撑战略目标达成；
2、 负责所服务业务的组织分析、组织架构设计，并根据业务发展需要及人本控制原则进行编制管控；
3、 负责所服务业务的人才供给工作（外部人才库建立、人才选聘与岗位匹配，内部梯队建设），确保组织运作高效；
4、 负责所服务业务的人才发展工作：人才盘点、人才发展规划，学习与发展路径设计建议与落地等；
5、 负责所服务业务的人才激励工作：绩效管理、评优、晋升等；
6、 负责所服务业务的人才保留工作：融职协助、文化价值观传导、文化活动组织等；
7、 每月对所服务业务的人力指标进行监测与分析，及时反馈业务、提出预警，并推动改善措施的制定与落地实施。
