Key Accountabilities
1.Response coordinate with different teams to provide end-user support, services include maintaining computers, printers, mobile devices, IP phones, conference systems, etc., to ensure timely and effective service delivery
2.Coordinate and handle IT services request for executives and provide first-tier IT support
3.Supervise email account and domain account establishment, cancellation, rights management
4.Assist to maintain computer hardware inventory control
5.Response for training the team and upgrading technical knowledge
6.Response for coordinating executives PC security patch update
7.Coordinate and handle executive online meetings to ensure effective service delivery
8.Response to support projects or ad-hoc tasks
Skills & Experience
To be successful in the role, the candidate must have the following requirements:
1.University graduate with a degree in Computer or related discipline, preferably with ITIL qualification
2.A minimum of 4 years' experience in IT industry, preferably in finance sector
3.A solid understanding and experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Citrix XenApp, and XenDesktop, VMware (VM and VDI), conference systems, etc.
4.Experience with best practices for service and change management
5.A demonstrated ability in problem-solving, management of multiple tasks and personal time management is required
6.A detail minded individual who is willing to learn new skills and work overtime as needed 7.Participate in 24/7 on-call support, respond to alerts in a timely fashion, escalated issues as needed
8.The ability to work independently is essential
9.Good verbal and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
