JOB PURPOSE
To be responsible for providing accurate costing accounting, metal reports, management reports and assist Finance BP to ensure the relative metal process be compliance with the local operation procedures and metal risk control.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Provide metal management and risk control in PGMs and CT China business units to ensure compliance with both group and sector metal control policies.

2.Ensure metal accounting entry posting be accurate, provide the related metal balance and metal analysis reports correctly and timely.

3.Assist Finance BP on relative metal control/analysis work and work closely with cross departments to ensure the process be compliance to the internal control.

4.To be the CO/Metal key user to coordinate monthly SAP CO closing and raise any new or amendment requirements with the approval by Site Financial Controller to SAP support team to ensure the existing SAP CO/Metal module meet accounting requirements timely.

5.To be responsible for JM group financial reports MOR and FA pack metal balance sheet report for required business units.

6.Participate in annual budget process and annual audit metal and costing related.

7.Ensure metal entry, OSP AP entry and PLP entry posting and accounting cost of materials of required business units be accurate, provide the related management reports correctly & timely.

8.Participate in annual stock take and to be responsible for provide the accurate annual metal stock take reconciliation report.

9.Participate in any tasks delegated by Finance BP. Responding to queries and preparing Ad hoc analyses appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor or above degree. Finance related mayor.

2.Significant experience in financial cost management and analysis.

3.Significant and substantial experience within Finance function preferably in the manufacturing environment.

4.Experience of chemicals / automotive industry.

5.Ability to work collaboratively and provide appropriate insight, often under time pressure.

6.Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks, often to tight deadlines.

7.Ability to work effectively with people from different disciplines, cultures and backgrounds.

8.Good analytical skills.

9.Inquiring approach, constantly challenging the status quo and seeking improvements to existing methods or alternative routes to achieve business goals.
