我们的客户是一家由高知技术人才组成的生物医疗科技平台，长期专注在疾病早筛领域，提供综合性的解决方案。公司当前业务以新加坡为起点，辐射全球，当前已实现近30亿的营收，预计24年完成IPO上市。基于未来业务扩张需求，现寻求一位海外销售及销售管理人才。
工作内容
1.直接向公司创始人汇报，负责公司在海外的业务开拓，特别是印尼、马来西亚、泰国等市场；
2.整合营销资源，建立、拓展市场销售渠道网络，带领销售团队进行重点客户管理和渠道管理；
3.负责销售团队的搭建，以及日常业务流程及业务方向的把控与指导；
4.进行市场产品分析，对竞争产品进行了解与监控，并根据市场动态变化进行营销思路调整和创新；
5.完成领导交给的其他工作。

- 预算100w-130w左右，依据人选背景对应薪酬水平，给予合理市场涨幅；

理想的求职者
1.统招本科及以上，在医疗器械【海外市场】有充足的作业经验，有良好的业绩表现；
2.有创业精神，可以hands on开拓一线市场，有成熟的团队搭建和管理经验；
3.对海外医疗市场政策、现状及具体市场情况有充分的了解和认知，对业务有思考；
4.英语流利，可作为工作语言。
