Job Description :

We're looking for a role to support the project at zone level, working closely with global Project team and Zone IT Stream leaders & champions for the implementation.
Roles & Responsibility

- Run projects as Project Manager following L'Oreal Project Management methodology, collaborating with group project team, zone IT & business, and countries/markets business & IT. - Perform BA role to understand and record the Zone needs and translate it to technical specs for further development purpose.
- Project delivery: Run workshop, solution design, configuration, testing and training, alignment, and communication with business.
- Monitor the project/program plan, KPI's and metrics, activities.
- Supervise the change management activities including training, user support and communication.
- Track project/program risks and decide on corrective measures and/or any trade-offs needed to achieve objectives and minimize delays and costs.


Profile Requirement & Skillset
- Prefer Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, IT Management or IT related major.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within IT department or equivalent positions.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in regional/global IT project management or program mgmt.
- Experience in SNOW and take relevant BA/PM role is preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Global, multinational corporate experience is preferred
- FMCG/Retail experience is preferred
- Must equipped with both strong project management and good ITSM/ITBM understanding.
- PMP, ITIL certification is preferred
- Self-initiated with high tolerance for ambiguity and ability to create structure (ability to work in a team in an agile setting will be a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill with business in an effective, appropriate manner - Positive mindset, open minded and fast learner
