Department Mission
* Provision of services and products for the complete Region China
* Add business value to the company with our own Products and Technical Solutions
Your Responsibilities
* Full responsibility of the Region China Tenants, Ensuring the Compliance and financial management of the M365 Support Organization
* Product Owner MS Teams solution
* Configuration and maintenance of the M365 Tenants in region China
* Responsible for the invoicing of the O365 Services in China-Tenants
* Control of the License assignation through Tenant Support
* Periodical Security reviews with the product owners
Required Qualification:
* Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in IT or Engineering
* Work Experience :
* 3+ years IT industry related working experience in different IT technology
* Proven M365 experience in tenant administration and Azure products
* SaFE methodology
* Ability to work in a intercultural team and environment
* Effective analytical and conceptual skills to derive adequate solutions for technical problems
* Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), Chinese and German advantageous
* Results and Customer oriented
* Understanding of financial aspects
* Proven experience in an international environment preferably in major IT Services organizations
* ITIL certificate
