Responsible for managing a group of clients on behalf of JLL. Duties include making sure that the accounts are profitable, explore and expand business with the clients, responding to any issues reported by the clients of those accounts, and ensuring that delivery of products and services to that account occur promptly.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for generating revenues from a specific group of accounts.
• Be a strong steward / advocate for JLL.
• Pitch to clients at c-level.
• Maintain and develop the highest standards of client relations & engagement.
• Ensure revenues are in line with company objectives.
• Ensure management is updated on the status of the organization’s accounts in terms of problems, plans and objectives.
• Lead and manage a variety of communications strategies, campaigns and projects.
• Liaise with all relevant stakeholders within JLL to ensure an optimal client experience.
• Identify new business opportunities and always strive to grow revenues.
• Plans and oversee budgets and timelines with delivery teams to ensure a quality and profitable service to Clients
• Work with business lines to develop innovative delivery models & methodologies to meet client’s needs and increase winning opportunities for JLL.

Qualifications:
• Preferably have a minimum of 10 years of Account Director experience in real estate sector.
• Commercially minded.
• Strong understanding of client’s needs.
• Strong communicator and highly organized.
• Solid track record of working closely with clients on their communications strategies.
• A great team player and will be nurturing and motivational and comfortable in delegating and directing people and projects.
• Be proactive in developing new initiatives and campaigns and will be thoroughly comfortable and professional in championing clients’ requirements, creative briefing, presentations, cost calculation and ensuring key project milestones and client objectives are achieved.
• A relevant degree with reputable university.
