To extend our presence in China and Northeast Asia, G&O Maritime Group is now looking for a new colleague to assist with upscaling our sales activities. The right candidate is willing to travel to visit potential customers. You must be willing to engage in sales discussions with the customers. You will receive the required support and assistance from China and Denmark office in regard.
Sales Manager, Propulsion division, Northeast Asia

Areas of Responsibility:
• Actively take part in sales efforts with large focus on improving market share in Newbuilds and retrofit.
• Engage in development of partnerships with local key accounts.
• Improve market share outside China.
• Secure the right mix of direct sales and sales channel management.
• Support with establishing owner support.
• Other sales tasks as they appear in the G&O group of brands.
Qualifications:
• Experience from Maritime industry is a must
• Minimum 3-5 Years experience in solution sales and sales management
• Good connections with key stakeholders in the industry
• Tenacious and structured in sales approach
• Experience with CRM system is a large plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

• Extrovert with a strong technical and commercial mindset
• Be comfortable in front of customers and find the best solutions
• Strong communicative abilities with both internal and external stakeholders
• Loyal and trustworthy person that can build strong relations
• A team player, but self-driven and enterprising in your daily work

• Willingness to travel
