Responsibilities:

Sales 50%
1) Support and strategic development of assigned key accounts.
2) Creation of customer roadmaps and selling of new services to the assigned key accounts.
3) Systematic execution of process and potential analyses to create added value for customers.
4) Planning of implementation projects of our SAAS solutions.
5) Expanding the use of implemented services with key accounts and suppliers.
6) Close cooperation with the sales, consultants and operation team.

Operation 50%
In order to have a close relationship with customers, it is expected that the candidate shall able to make the other 50% of the contribution or effort to
1) Learn SupplyOn product cycle and basic function.
2) Understand the customer business process.
3) Help solving operation problems from customers.
4) Deliver training to key buyers and suppliers.
5) Do any other operation-related tasks.


Requirements and Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in Computer Science, Information or Engineering sciences.
2) Minimum 5 years’ working experience of SAP ERP/CRM/SRM/SCM.
3) Good knowledge in the area of supply chain management, especially in processes such as supplier logistics and quality, strategic purchasing and procurement.
4) Have good background of IT knowledge, within Automotive/manufacturing industry is a plus.
5) Rich customer facing experience; senses of good customer-orientation and responsibility are needed.
6) Flexibility, strong self-motivation and decision-making skills.
7) Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in both spoken and written Japanese.
