Manage Wholesaler Information for Sales Activity
Manage Customer Master
Manage Vendor Master
Reconcile Expense Claimed via DAG system and Manage Budget
Create Journal Entry for Oriental Brewery Company Vehicle Transport Fee
Create Journal Entry for Distribution Center Operation Expenses
Perform Registration of Liquor Vehicle Permission
Perform Registration of W/S Vehicle into Internal system
Draft equipment order creation and change via SAP
Generate AR Balance Confirmation Letter
Project support under team leader’s requirement
Communicating with all related parties to solve task related issues to proceed
Other tasks assigned by team leader
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above required
Logistics, business administration or related disciplines preferred
Experience/Technical competencies:
Native Korean and intermediate English
1~3 years customer service/ order management/ logistics/forwarding/sales experience required
Must accept flexible holidays resulted from holiday difference between CN and KR
ERP or SAP experience
Proactive and outgoing
Keen on the service level
Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented mindset
Able to thrive in a high stress environment
Passionate, Enthusiastic, Influencing
