职责描述
Provides leadership across architecture work and key initiatives in China across teams (R&D, CDT), including hosting local architecture community and governance.
Responsible for providing architectural guidance for key technical implementation activities in China, ensuring alignment with wider architecture plans.
Accountable for influencing implementation activities, and where needed, escalating architecture issues and deviations.
Accountable for bringing architecture perspective to key product and technology related decision making in China, helping to deal with complex systems, organizations and lifecycle processes.
Accountable for establishing and operating an active local architecture community, to ensure knowledge sharing, efficient collaboration and a shared vision
理想的求职者
At least 8 years of hands-on experience in architecting and developing complex digital products and/or business solutions in a multi-stakeholder and global environments
Proficient in collaborating in virtual teams and in communicating in spoken and written English and Chinese
Proven ability to work with a broad range of technologies and cross-functional teams in R&D and IT domain
Familiarity with modern architecture methodologies and ways of working, from cloud computing to embedded products
Proven experience in contributing to strategy and road mapping work for products / IT capabilities.
Experience of working collaborating with business stakeholders from technology architecture point of view
Experience of line and matrix management of experts
