Main Responsibilities
1.Key account Order receiving, planning and dispatching, tracking, checking and filing to cover both Domestic and Export；
2.Forecast and inventory management, export trading process management;
3.Problem solving and emergency handling through coordination and cooperation with customers ,vendors and relevant internal colleagues；
4.Coordinate ADM own facilities and OEM facilities to ensure goods deliver on time;
5.Domestic/export shipment management;
6.Billing and payment settlement with customers and vendor;
7.ERP system enter the order, delivery and invoice as the SOP;
8.Customer complaints and issues Handling and resolving;
9.If can not meet customer requirement, need escalate to upper level to discussion.

Qualifications, skills and experience:
Bachelor degree in logistics is preferred
1.5 years or above hands on practice in customer service or related departments;
2.Good Communication skills, quick learner, and strong execution capability;
3.Passionate, earnest and strong team spirit;
4.Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken;
5.Good MS office skills;
6.Clear mind with sense of urgency;
7.Customer oriented;
8.Knowledge of Navision preferred
