Job responsibilities:
1. Maintain contact with conference organizers, maintain good relationships with clients, and establish lasting connections;
2. Responsible for the management of customer information and business correspondence documents;
3. Participate in the preliminary preparation of the meeting, assist in specifying the meeting work plan and budget;
4. Responsible for signing hotel contracts and promptly following up on account receipts and invoices after events;
5. Preparation and verification of meeting materials;
6. Attendee service work;
7. Responsible for on-site meeting reception, with a flexible mind and ability to promptly solve various problems that arise on site;
8. Other matters involved in the meeting.

岗位职责：
1.保持会议主办方的联络，维护与客户的良好关系以及建立持久联系；
2.负责客户的资料及往来商业文件等资料的管理；
3.参与会议的前期筹备，协助指定会议工作计划和预算；
4.负责酒店合同签订、活动后及时跟进账单及发票；
5.会议物料准备工作、核对；
6.参会人服务工作；
7.负责现场会议接待，头脑灵活善于及时解决现场出现的各种问题；
8.会议中涉及的其它事宜。

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, at least one year of experience in marketing or conference management, with a good image and temperament;
2. Clear spoken language, outgoing personality, outgoing and confident, with good interpersonal communication and language expression skills;
3. Have a high level of work passion, strong sense of responsibility, and work diligently and meticulously.
4. English level 4 or above, proficient in oral communication is preferred.

1.大专及以上学历，一年以上市场或者会务管理经验，形象气质佳；
2.口齿清晰，性格外向，开朗自信，有良好的人际沟通及书面语言表达能力；
3.具有高度饱满的工作激情，责任感强，办事认真细致。
4.英语4级以上，能够进行熟练口语交流者优先。
