Key Responsibilities：

- Plan, create, proofread and publish English language content for the Jiahui Health English language social media channels (WeChat, Linkedin, Facebook etc.), website and offline materials

- Create and manage relevant content calendars and schedules

- Write engaging educational articles and posts conveying the medical excellence of the Jiahui Health brand, its service lines and physicians

- Plan and lead the creation of visual content for social media platforms (educational videos, video interviews etc.)

- Proofread and optimize translated content (partially with support from external freelancers)

- Work with branding and marketing colleagues to support major brand campaigns

- Attend and support expat-related business development activities (outreach events, school fairs, conferences etc.)

- Keep a close eye on industry trends to ensure content relevance

- Develop new and innovative concepts for content creation

- Monitor traffic figures and provide monthly reports
Professional Experience & Qualifications

-Bachelor’s Degree

-Language skills: Native English speaker, Chinese language skills are a strong advantage

-Minimum of 3 years working experience in content editing, branding, or marketing

-Exceptionally strong writing and editing skills

-Ability to create content tailored to different target audiences and platforms

-Ability to transform complex concepts/topics into engaging content

-Understanding of the healthcare needs of the foreign community in Shanghai and ability to develop messages tailored to this group

-Creative mindset and ability to come up with new approaches to content development

-High attention to detail

-Ability to deliver excellent results under pressure and to deadlines

-Excellent communication skills

-Strong intercultural skills

-Independent, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
