职责描述：
As an Operational Buyer in Supply Chain AP you will support team for mainly project procurement activities and tasks, and play a key role to cooperate with sourcing manager and planner within the supply chain team, perform the order processing, schedule tracking, delivery, order RFQ, negotiation, training, invoicing and also preparing basis to support team business, aim to achieve the team goal.
Tasks (not limited to) Communicate with subcontractor suppliers regarding forecast, order, delivery, price, capacity and invoicing issues.
1. Work closed with sourcing manager for supplier performance issues and cost commitment improvement.
2. Work closely with planner for the procurement activates with supplier to fulfill the projects, and make sure the supplier follows the conditions & terms, work scope, schedule and responsivities defined in the contract.
3. Work with India colleague to support project and training them.
4. PO processing in system and follow through Invoices handling and payment application.
5. Communicate and cooperate with stakeholders in the team in case of important changes or issues related with supplier regarding delivery, quality, price, or other suppliers’ requests that make influence the supply chain performance.
6. Set up and maintain price list, quotation, supplier data, and specification and delivery information. Work on other assignments or tasks of purchasing Required Qualification
7. Soft skill, data analysis skills and excel skills.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in trading, supply chain management or other engineering background.
2. Similar purchasing or supply chain experience in Western MNC, project-based company experience or manufacturing based company is a preferred.
3. Oracle or SAP system operation experience is a must Organized, committed, reliable, result, good communication and very team oriented.
4. Experienced with Merchandiser.
5. Good English communication and writing skill Working independently and highly ownership.
