【Job Description】
1. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good cooperative relationship between customers of chain groups;
2. Digging various resources to promote business goals;
3. Actively coordinate project cooperation between departments, organize communication and cooperation between cross -department;
4. Formulate feasible market expansion plans and promote implementation, and continuously increase market share;
5. Promote solving problems in cooperation with group customers, be responsible for discussing business cooperation in large customers, providing marketing strategy solutions through data analysis and comprehensive in -depth understanding, deep digging of customer needs;
6. Through the service process, service tools, service content, data models, start by the service process, service tools, service content, and data models of the service process, continuously realize customer value;
7. Tracking and analyzing the effect of cooperation to ensure the smooth implementation of the cooperative projects, communicate with customers in the month/quarter, and synchronize the platform advantages and recommend various activities;
8. Cross -departmental collaboration, complete planning case preparation, proposal and summary review;
9. Complete the goals of the quarterly and annual customer.
1、负责建立并维护连锁集团客户的良好合作关系;
2、挖掘各种资源推动实现业务目标;
3、主动协调部门之间项目合作,组织好跨部门间的沟通与配合;
4、制订可行的市场拓展计划并推动落实,不断提高市场份额;
5、推动解决与集团客户合作中存在的问题,负责大客戶洽談商务合作,通过数据分析及全方位深入了解、深挖客户需求,提供营销策略解决方案;
6、通过服务高级重点商家客户,整理服务流程,服务工具,服务内容,数据模型,以终为始,不断实现客户价值;
7、合作效果的跟踪与分析,确保合作项目顺利执行,月度/季度与客户沟通回顾,并同步平台优势以及推荐各类活动形式;
8、跨部门协作,完成策划案准备,提案及总结回顾;
9、完成季度和年度大客户目标。
【Job Requirements】
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2.3 years of business expansion experience or operating experience;
3. Have excellent data analysis skills, proposal ability and communication ability, and have good learning ability and self -driving ability;
4. Can actively excavate and judge customer needs, create opportunities for cooperation, active thinking, strong logic ability, and personal planning and goals.
1.本科及以上学历;
2.3年以上大客户商务拓展经验或运营经验;
3.具备优秀的数据分析功底、提案能力和沟通能力,具备良好的学习能力与自我驱动能力;
4.能积极主动挖掘、判断客户需求,创造合作机会,思维活跃,逻辑能力强,有个人规划及目标。
