Responsibilities:
1. Develop channel marketing policy and sales plan according to the company’s marketing strategic objectives.
2. Establish and improve sales channels, track project progress and complete sales indicators.
3. Actively participate direct sales bids for chain or landmark projects, create demonstration projects and increase brand awareness in the heat pump market.
4. Establish a good relationship with customers feedback customers’ information in a timely manner, meet customers’ needs and improve customers’ satisfaction.
5. Fully understand the market and industry trends, timely collect and organize competitive information, and complete monthly, quarterly and full-year sales forecasts.
6. Build, train and manage the sales team, develop reasonable incentive performance, motivation and combat effectiveness of the team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration or other related engineering disciplines; with certain English communication skills
2. More than 5 years of marketing management experience, with strong market development ability and strong team management ability
3. Familiar with the working principle of air-cooled heat pump modular unit, good at dealer development, management and maintenance
4. Possess strong negotiation, investment promotion ability, keen market analysis insight and accurate market analysis ability
5. Have a certain personal connection, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, strong execution, can withstand a certain degree of work pressure.
6. Warm-minded, positive, with a strong overall outlook
