Responsibilities :
• Oversee the daily operations of network services to ensure availability, reliability and scalability.
• Manage and coordinate the response to network incidents and outages, including after-hours emergency situations.
• Coordinate the network team in the design and implementation of new network solutions and improvements to existing infrastructure as the PM or coordinator role.
• Plan and execute network installations, upgrades, and migrations with minimal service interruption.
• Manage service providers and vendors for network hardware and software procurement.
• Conduct network performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization activities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts.
• Attend the regular meeting to guide and judge the action of service partner, such as Change CAB meeting.
• Donate the effort to keep the network team momentum during the trouble shooting call.
• Mentor and develop the network team, setting performance standards and goals.
Required Capabilities :
• 5+ years of experience in a network operations or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, QoS, BGP, STP)
• Familiar with monitor tools (SolarWinds, cisco prime)
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with network trouble shooting practices and tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Muti-national company working experience are highly desirable.
• Oversea project supporting experience.
• Familiar with SIAM, ITSM, ITIL process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable
