Achieve positive customer experience, by developing improvement plans.
Drive ownership, accountability and execution to deliver outcome, measured by NPS. Support business to achieve annual operating plan target (AOP) and growth, by leading and developing a high performance service team.
Develop, execute and optimize field service operations.
Focus on key activities: Installation, unscheduled maintenance, proactive preventive maintenance, upgrade retrofits, customer visits with sales, in Epredia and distributor service organization.
Analyze current service strategy issues and constrains, provide suggestions and allocate resources for improvement, lead Epredia Service to a higher level.
Develop and/or improve an efficient national wide service policy that fits the current market circumstance and meets customer requirement
Develop distributor training plan to provide efficient and sufficient distributor trainings
Handle all outstanding after-sales service issues, provide solutions and execute with the FSE team Report all OOBF issues and similarities, communicate with each Epredia sites and get reimbursement

Implement ServiceMAX in field service operations with real-time and standardize FSE dispatch effectively.
Achieve service KPI target, by developing service capabilities of the service team. Deliver service revenue target, by leading teams to sell and promote extended warranty service contract and preventive maintenance contract.
Develop service strategy to optimize service organization. Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.
任职要求:
10 years of field service management experience
Bachelor degree and above
Must be a self-starter
Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential
Troubleshooting and problem resolution
Proficient in Chinese and English (written and verbal)
