【Job Description】
1. Responsible for the design and development of automotive lighting products, including headlights, taillights, interior lighting and signal lights.
2. Produce and output 3D/2D drawings using AutoCAD, CATIA, UG and other design software.
3. Perform optical design and light intensity testing of lamps to ensure products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Manage suppliers to ensure quality and cost control of components.
5. Participate in the full life cycle management of the product, from preliminary requirement analysis, design, sample making, testing to final mass production and market launch.
6. Perform technical documentation and production guidance for products to ensure manufacturability and reliability.
7. Responsible for product quality control, including design review, trial assembly, problem point rectification and OTS approval.

【Job Responsibilities:】
1. Ensure luminaire design meets functionality, safety, reliability and cost effectiveness.
2. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
3. Strictly comply with automotive industry related laws and regulations, such as GB/T 8410, GB/T 4094, GB/T 30512-2014, etc.
4. Perform dimensional measurements, light intensity tests and switch operating force and feel tests for lamps and lanterns.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet expected quality standards.
6. Continuously optimize product design to improve product performance and reduce cost.
7. Keep track of the latest technology development and industry trends to continually improve individual and team expertise.
