-as one of Hermès Learning and People Development team, you will involve in all kinds of learning projects and daily work.

-You will get opportunity of knowing Hermès astonished history and stories closely and get familiar with how to well organize and facilitate learning work.

Job Description:
1. Training Program
-To assist learning program’s preparation and arrangement, including training materials update and consolidation, onsite support for learning course, and follow up course feedback.
-To take responsible for administration work, such as nomination consolidation, meeting room, flights, and trip reservation, etc.
-To record training process and generate video and photos feedback.
2. Learning Warehouse Maintenance and Management
-To manage and maintain learning warehouse, to guarantee learning courses’ requests and needs.
-To check inventory regularly and make sure the accuracy of inventory and order request.
-To keep clean and completeness of warehouse, materials, tools.
3. Vendor Management Administration
-To assistant vendor management process, contract and items collection and filing.
-To assistant expense claim process, make sure accuracy of Fapiao and delivery.

Requirements:
-Fluent English skill in both written and spoken.
-Good competency in Microsoft office tool, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
-Good competency in shooting and clipping videos and photos.
-Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
-Work at least 3 days per week, and 6 months.
