工作职责：
• Achieve or exceed geography sales targets assigned by Avidity Science management via direct sales activities with customers.
通过与客户的直接销售活动，达成管理层分配的区域销售目标。
• Work on Life Science department strategic priorities and TTI. Improve market share and achieve top position in Pharma/Biotech/Academic Markets and designated MM.
制定生命科学部战略，提高市场份额。
• Work with Customer Service, Supply Chain and other teams in Avidity Science to ensure full execution of our sales assignments in the region (including orders, shipments, AR collections, contracts including renewals).
与客户服务、供应链和其他团队合作，确保我们在该地区的销售任务(包括订单、发货、应收账款收款、合同和续订)的全面执行。
• Funnel Management - Ensure reporting of all business opportunities, Leads and Tasks through the use of CRM and provide voice of customer and applications feedback to superiors.
确保通过使用CRM报告所有的商业机会、潜在客户和任务，并向上级提供客户的声音和应用程序反馈。
• Focus on key selling activities including maintaining existing business, identifying new opportunities in existing and new customers.
专注于关键的销售活动，包括维护现有业务，在现有客户和新客户中发现新的机会。
• Provide weekly sales and order forecast updates, customers issue / needs including product OTD, Quality, etc. that is impacting Customer Satisfaction.
提供每周销售和订单预测更新，客户问题/需求，包括产品OTD，质量等影响客户满意度的问题。
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify Key, Strategic and New Accounts to position Avidity Science LWS as the first choice in Pharma / Biotech and Life Science Markets.
与市场部合作，确定关键、战略和新客户。
• Customer Calls, Marketing activities, Road Shows, Multi-customer Seminars to drive funnel growth and reporting through CRM.
客户电话，市场活动，路演，多客户研讨会，通过CRM推动渠道增长和报告。
• Other duties as assigned by the Life Science China Sales Manager.
生命科学中国销售经理安排的其他工作。


任职要求：
• 本科及以上学历，
• 熟悉标准商务工具，
• 良好的中英文沟通能力，
•5年以上实验室相关仪器销售工作经验，有实验室水销售经验者优先。
