Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for product development, production and technical support for food service, meat processors and other customers

• Develop a unique end-user model that dominates the key end user accounts and captures an increased share of end-user market.

• Working with Sales and Marketing to identify new opportunity.

• Developing new products for internal requirement.

• Help control good outcome with Kerry’s resource

• Working with SCM, QA and OPS help new product production and existing production optimization and executive.

• Working with planning and all cross-function team

• Customer training of savory meat knowledge.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s and higher Degree in Food Science.

• 8 + year’s R&D experience in seasoning powder.

• Production experience of meat system companies.

• Good computer skill and familiar with or quick adaption of Kerry’s system

• Fluent spoken and write in English and Chinese.

• Good R&D knowledge, product experience and foresight of market.

• Strong internal and external communication skill. Especially good communication skill with customers

• Good management experience of projects. Good skill to lead cross function team to control complex event.
