Job Responsibility | 工作职责:

Core Responsibilities:

As the business partner for the delivery teams, the HRBP assists the success of 2-3 delivery teams and supports the successful client service in the responsible areas.

核心职责:作为交付团队的业务伙伴,组建和支持2-3组交付团队的成功,并支持交付团队负责片区的客户服务成功。
Business Partner Support:

Provide human resources funcational support as the business partner for the delivery teams, ensuring the success of the teams in achieving business objectives.

业务伙伴支持:作为交付团队的业务伙伴,提供人力资源板块职能,确保交付团队的成功实现业务目标。
HR Assistance:

Assist in recruitment management by searching for suitable internal candidates through various platforms, and coordinate communication and interview arrangements with candidates.

人力资源协助:协助招聘管理,通过不同招聘平台寻找合适的内部候选人,并与候选人进行沟通和面试安排。
Training and Development:

Optimize the company's training system according to the company's development and SOP requirements, ensuring the achievement of team learning objectives through continuous supervision and assessment. Assist in delivering newcomer orientation training.

培训发展:根据公司发展和标准操作程序(SOP)的要求,优化公司培训体系,确保团队的学习目标得以实现。协助进行新员工入职基础培训。
Employee Management:

Assist in completing HR-related tasks, including employee file management, contract management, and continuous optimization of HR processes.

员工管理:协助完成人力资源相关工作,包括员工档案管理、合同管理等,管理并持续优化HR流程。
Client Service Support:

Support the successful client service in the responsible areas of the delivery teams, aiming to improve the number of signed clients and also client satisfaction.

客户服务支持:支持交付团队负责片区的客户服务成功,提高客户签约数量,提高客户满意度。
Business Process Optimization:

Assist in optimizing business processes to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce delivery cycles.

业务流程优化:协助优化业务流程,提高交付效率,降低交付周期。
Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the entire business teams of the company, providing internal support to ensure smooth collaboration between teams.

团队协作:与公司全体业务团队协同合作,提供内部支持,确保团队间协作流畅。

Full-time: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM

Requirements

Job Requirements | 职位要求:

1. A bachelor's degree is mandatory, Business/Education/HR major is a plus;


至少有学士学位,商务/教育/人力资源管理等专业优先;

2. A good command of English (no lower than IELTS 5.5 ,CET 6 or other equivalent score);


有良好的英语水平(雅思5.5分以上,英语六级或其他英语评级体系同等分数);

3. The specialist level requires 2-3 years of HR experience;
 senior specialist requires 5+ years of HR experience(at least 1 year HRBP exp+1 year BD/client service exp);

专员级别要求2-3年人力资源相关经验;高级专员要求 5年或以上人力资源经验(至少一年HRBP经验和一年BD/客户服务经验);

4. A great communicator and a quick learner;


善于交流,善于学习;

5. An ambitious goal-achiever and a multi-task handler;


行动力强,注重完成目标,擅长同时处理多项任务;

6. Be able to work under pressure;

有良好的抗压能力;

7. Familiar with the Internet, as well as modern office systems, tools, and methodologies, such as OKR.

熟悉互联网及现代化办公体系、工具和方法论,如OKR工作法。
Benefits

Salary and Benefits | 薪资与福利:

Standard annual salary for ‘ Specialist’ is ranging from ¥77,000 ~¥90,000 before tax, which business bonus and other benefits are not included.

“专员”的年薪在税前¥77,000 ~¥90,000之间,其中业务奖金和其他福利不包含在内。

Standard annual salary for ‘ Senior Specialist’ is ranging from ¥94,000 ~¥132,000 before tax, which business bonus and other benefits are not included.

“高级专员”的年薪在税前¥94,000 ~¥132,000之间,其中业务奖金和其他福利不包含在内。
