Your Responsibilities:
-Support the communication of company’s vision & strategy to key external stakeholders in coordination with the corporate communication and marketing groups; Contribute to translation into operational reality via various channels. Work with the HR department to adjust the company's organizational structure and the department functions in line with strategic goals; Achieve dynamic management
-Develop forward-looking strategies for the company; Establish and improve the company's strategic management system; Organize research and drafting of the overall strategy and long-term development plans; Support the implementation of the strategic plans
-Provide leadership to address key strategic issues and opportunities; Monitor the outcome of the strategic business initiatives
-Direct the analysis of competitors’ investments, assets and corporate activities; “Connect the dots” with regard to their strategic intent; Plot out next potential moves
-Oversee the industry, market, competitors, and financial analysis; Summarize and learn the advanced concepts, management mechanisms and business models of other companies in accordance with the strategic research reports to continuously enhance the core competitiveness of the company
Required Qualification:
-Bachelor's degree or above, electronic information engineering/communication engineering/software engineering/microelectronics/automotive engineering or other majors related
-More than 10 years of experience in autonomous driving as a senior role to lead large and cross-functional teams. Background in the development of ADAS and in the delivery of mass production projects is preferred; Experience in the architecture design of autonomous vehicle software is preferred
-Excellent analytical skills and strong team leadership; Ensure the quality and timeliness of response
-Ability to motivate and develop employees and to improve performance; Strategic thinking; Strong planning and project management skills; Able to deal with multiple assignments.
