Responsibilities
-Work closely with strategy and investment team to help deliver projects efficiently
-Conduct competitive market analysis, track competitor business updates. Leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic decisions
-Participate in internal and external interviews and prepare interview notes
-Coordinate company management meetings, including but not limited to agenda and meeting minutes preparation, material collection, action item follow-ups
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor or above degree, major in pharmacy, medical, economics or finance
-Strong interpersonal skills with multi-tasking capability and ability to work under
pressure in a fast-paced and matrix environment
-Passionate about work with can-do and must-do-better attitude, highly motivated and results driven, demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
-Fluent in Mandarin and good command of written and oral English
-Proficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), excellent attention to details
-Able to work at least 3 days a week for 3 months or more
