Responsibilities:
• Acquire useful technology information via tech forum, customer visit, supplier visit to generate technical roadmap to support product line business growth goal.
• Work with TPL-ES, TPL-Full System, Sales, pursuit engineer to understand customer technical roadmap and potential requirements.
• Leading benchmark activities to understand competitor design and cost level, to improve Nexteer architecture.
• Generate architecture project list per the alignment with product line, customer focus team, GSM and ME team.
• Create and main EPS tech roadmap.
• Study and analyze of EPS relevant product, contribution for future EPS architecture strategy
• Leading core team on architecture projects execution through design concept to DEV test finish.
• Support business decision from technical perspective.
• Manage architecture project delivery on time and on quality per architecture development process.
• Provide tracking for cost saving initiatives deployment progress among BU and support technical solution for gap closure in line with product cost roadmap
• Support new business pursuit with new architecture design.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, with major in Engineering, 3 years’ working in Automotive industry
• Familiar with ECN Process and product development process
• Good Oral English communication skills
• Good project management experience and interpersonal skills
