Role Description
As a Digital Solution Supervisor, he/she should be able to assist solution manager to evaluate business requirements and fulfill the digital application solution design, development, implementation and advocacy across the business organizations. This person has broad knowledge of digitalization technology trend and experience in digital project management.

Responsibilities

 Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points and assist in translating into product backlogs.
 Assist solution manager to develop product strategy and functions to align and empower business growth.
 Monitor the project execution. Work closely with team and vendors to design, develop, integrate to ensure the project quality.
 Co-ordinate stakeholders and vendors to manage change, bug fixing and process amend.
 Collaborate with stakeholders for progress, milestone and objective fulfill to ensure project/product successful.
 Drive products utilization and advocacy, advise in digital solution options.
 Closely track the digital technology trend in the market as well as adoption case study

Qualifications

 5+ years of working experience on digital solution management. The project experience with commercial teams such as SCRM, digital marketing, customer service solutions, would be a plus.
 Solid experience in digital and retail business.
 Fast understanding about business needs, challenges and apply creative and logical approach identity digital solutions.
 Result oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
 Ability to work independently under fast paced, complex environment.
 Good team player with proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
 Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and collaboration

 Willingness to learn new knowledge, high adaptability.

 Good presentation skills and proficient in English language, both spoken and written.
