- Execution excellence
1/ Strong GTM experience and having successful case on driving launch & campaign on time in full deliver to market;
2/ Strong omni channel knowledge and know how to develop integrated Marketing programs for new product launches, re-promotes and other branding related programs based on deep understanding of consumer and the market. Drive timely implementation of marketing programs and measurement for continuous improvement.
3/ Builds Collaborative teamwork: Strong team work and builds relationships based on trust and respect. Promotes the inclusion of diverse knowledge, skills, and experiences to achieve results.
Key work scope
NPLs & Campaign development
- New product launch planning: registration, forecast, stock management and post tracking in partnership with cross-function team
- Work closely with global & creative agencies to develop communication ideas, contents and materials that clearly build brand desirability, interest and relevance.
- Participate in developing integrated Marketing programs for new product launches, re-promotes and other branding related programs
- Lead the VM design, consumer experience, merchandizing plan for each campaign with omni channel needs
Strategy & opportunity development
- Define and develop new product innovation ideation and drive them through global innovation funnel.
- Lead product key claim and insights development in partnership with global marketing and corporate cmi, Lead category trend identification, product story development. Work with cross marketing functions to build product story telling on omni channels including online and offline
- Lead business analysis in category, SKU level together with sales planning to identify right monthly product focus and KPI
- Lead competitor analysis together with cross functions, and help team to acquire competitor knowledge’s in a 360 way.
Channel & white space development
- Work closely with sales team to define new channel opportunity for brand to grow.
- Lead development of content, experience and new product to fulfill channel opportunities
