Administrative Assistant 行政助理/GM Assistant 总经理助理

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1 Make necessary preparations for all meetings including POC, Customer and Employee Communication meetings

1.2 Scheduling meeting rooms, equipment and ordering lunches

1.3 Assist General Manager with keeping all commitments made with appropriate follow up

1.4 Setup and maintain General Manager’s business card file, product line business files, minutes of meetings files, etc.

1.5 Open and prioritize General Manager’s mail and receive/make telephone correspondence

1.6 Travel Coordinator – make reservations for all travelers including flights, hotels and car rental

1.7 Update organization chart

1.8 Stepping Stool Coordinator

1.9 Quotation Coordinator – maintain and update quote log

1.10 Submit daily update to Asia Pacific Group Office (when required)

1.11 Regular follow up with Managers/Supervisors on charts and reports, which may be required for POC, customer, supplier or Group office

1.12 Primary backup for Reception

1.13 Assist in preparation of Social Club events, campaigns i.e., United Way
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

3.1 Bachelor's degree

3.2 2 years related experience in foreign owned manufacturing business

3.3 Demonstrated organizational skills

3.4 General PC knowledge ( Word, Excel, Windows)

3.5 Communication and coordination skills

3.6 Good command of speaking and writing skills in English

3.7 Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources according to the order of importance
