岗位描述/Department Mission
• Power electronic test for high voltage ECU of E-Powertrains
• Ensuring the development of China tailored components or China specific projects
• Technical interface in contact with project partners in both Germany and China
主要职责/Your Responsibilities
• Responsible to perform electrical tests for PWR
• Assembling the necessary testing periphery; Commissioning and implementation of the tests
• Interpretation of measurement results, participation in the evaluation process and transfer the knowhow to the project team within the Volkswagen development departments worldwide.
• Leading and coordinating all activities, in case of problems during the preparation/execution or evaluation of the tests and coordination of all necessary activities to create the reports and documents. Responsible to write the test report and present it to the team and/or in management meetings
• Development of test procedures, test cases, evaluation criteria’s and all necessary procedures to fulfill the requested tasks and coordinating with internal and external customers; Find a practical way to test the Power Electronic and HV components
岗位要求/Qualification
1. Must-have
• Min. master degree in the field of electrical, automotive engineering or comparable qualification
• Fluent in English
• Very good knowledge background of e-powertrain or transmission tests
• High degree of communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
• Willing and able to work in a challenging intercultural environment
• Independent, structured and analytical way of working
2. Nice-to-have
• Oversea experience
• Mandarin and German language knowledge
