As a Production Engineering Specialist for Electrification Business Area in
China, you will be responsible for production
assembly process control, assembly method optimization and continuous
improvement activities to minimize labor hours
in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs
and safety.
Your responsibilities
Defining the working phase sequence of a new production process in order to
achieve the targeted product cost and
equipment investment budget.
Ensuring appropriate production methods, cycle-time, equipment performance
and materials/components in support of
production targets.
Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implement
improvement projects, ensuring adherence to
timeframe, quality and cost requirements.
Providing support to Production during the internal/external
process/equipment start-up and defining action plans.
Guarantee continuous support during mass production.
Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost
reduction, coordinating the necessaries
activities.
Developing standardized manufacturing operation process, and preparing
instructions, documents and SOP
Your background
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in IE or Electrical, Mechanical design and
automation
3+ years of work experience in Manufacturing field environment
Knowledge of lean production and continuous improvement principles
Knowledge of Solid Works, SAP, 6 sigma black belt certification
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, great passion on technical
challenge and issues solving
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
Be good at oral and written English
