负责国际营销市场的产品管理工作
职责描述：
1.及时提供产品和竞品分析，并与国际销售团队密切合作，推动成功实施
2.与相关部门合作，制定新产品发布计划，领导产品定位、价格和策略
3.制定国际市场推广计划，并与销售、区域市场团队等密切合作，举办市场活动
4.负责相关产品内部培训及经销商培训工作
5.负责新产品国际市场推广工作。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历
2.基本的医学知识和素养，有临床医学背景者优先
3.至少2年的国际市场经验
4.工作语言为英语，辅修语言优先
5.熟悉国际相关医疗政策、法规、公约和国际市场惯例

关键技能和能力：
1.良好的组织、人际关系和沟通能力
2.良好的判断力和决策能力
3.精通Excel、Word、PowerPoint（Microsoft office）
4.面对既定惯例或程序未涵盖的各种情况或条件时，拥有良好的逻辑能力
5.思维能力强，抗压能力强，乐于学习，有热情，善于自我激励

1.Timely delivering product analysis and work closely with sales team to drive successful implementation of opportunity;
2.Developing new product launch plan and leading the product position, price and strategy through cooperation with relative departments;
3.Creating market promotion plan and working closely with sales, regional market team etc. to hold market promotion events
4. Responsible for internal training of relevant products and dealer training
5. Responsible for the international market promotion of new products

Basic requirements:
1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Basic medical knowledge and literacy, clinical medicine background is preferred
3. Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience highly preferred
4. English can be used as the working language, minor languages are preferred.
5. Familiar with international relevant medical policies, regulations, conventions and practices in international market;

1. Must possess excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
2. Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability
3. Must be proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Microsoft office)
