工作职责/Job Description：
1. 根据市场形势，参与制定公司核心产品的市场开发、销售策略，并负责落地执行；
2. 制定公司核心产品团队的销售目标、销售计划，带领团队完成销售任务；
3. 整合业务资源，开发、维护核心产品的重点大客户，建立良好的客户关系，进行有效的客户管理；
4. 开发各区域的销售渠道，形成销售网络，并建立其管理体系；
5. 协同市场部进行核心产品的市场营销与推广，以及品牌宣传；
6. 部门团队的组织建设与培训激励，以及部门预算的制定、业务费用管理等。
任职要求/Qualification：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，畜牧、机械相关专业，知名院校优先考虑；
2. 5年以上畜牧设备、工业设备产品的业务拓展经验，具有畜牧业从业经验优先；
3. 具有敏锐的市场意识，优秀的业务开拓、业务推进能力，逻辑性强，良好的分析问题及解决问题的能力；
4. 良好的培训技能、以及团队管理能力，具备良好的开放性与学习力；
5. 善于沟通，责任心强、原则性强，具有团队合作精神；
6. 熟练使用办公软件与信息化网络办公平台，适应经常性的出差。


Job Responsibilities/Job Description:

Requirements/Qualification:
1. Unified recruitment of undergraduate degree or above, animal husbandry, machinery related majors, well-known colleges and universities are preferred;
2. More than 5 years of experience in business development of animal husbandry equipment and industrial equipment products, experience in animal husbandry is preferred;
3. Have keen market awareness, excellent business development and business promotion capabilities, strong logic, good problem analysis and problem solving capabilities;
4. Good training skills and team management ability, with good openness and learning ability;
5. Good at communication, strong sense of responsibility, strong principles, and teamwork spirit;
6. Skilled use of office software and information network office platform, adapt to frequent business trips.
