- Drive product/brand growth through marketing planning and execution excellence
- Manage assigned product/brand in daily operation to support business healthy growth
- Particularly focus on specialty line and professional related content
KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作责任
1. Brand/Product Management
- Yearly preparation and regular update (per planning cycle requirement) of business plans
- Manage allocated resources within product portfolio
- Develop, implement, monitor, review and report marketing campaigns and results, and implement continuous improvement for spending efficiency.
- Lead new product launch process and launch campaign
2. Sales Force
- Closely work with trade marketing to maximize brand impact in trade environment and ensure key message delivery
- Analyze channel and customer business, understand trade and connect with sales team in marketing plan execution
- Assist Professional Affair team on product training and industry KOL related communication
3. Demand Management
- Provide forecast with accuracy target
- Liaise with logistics department to ensure adequate supply of products
- Manage packaging according to regulatory changes and ensure smooth supply
EXPERIENCE/ COMPETENCIES 经验要求/能力要求
1. At least 5 years of marketing experience, healthcare industry preferred
2. Track record in product or brand marketing management
