主要工作职责:
Project Orchestration and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Understand the consolidated master plan for transformation projects impacting Region/BU for enterprise digital programs including S4 and Operating Model transformation and inter-project dependencies across these initiatives, communicate master plan status and individual project status to Region/BU Steering Team and Transformation Office through progress updates, KPIs and dashboards.
• Understand the detailed implementation plans to support the roadmap and assist with any pivots requiring updated prioritization, resourcing and sequencing decisions. Work with Region/BU steering team to ensure transformation projects are resourced, achieve milestones and realize expected benefits by effectively collaborating with initiative leaders, TO, functional teams, business unit, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT, AEN, TO and other relevant departments to ensure a holistic approach to transformation and any unique considerations for Region/BU relative to business readiness.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their specific requirements and dependencies within the identified processes and projects.
• Ensure alignment with business unit, process owners and functional stakeholders on prioritization, resourcing and sequencing of initiatives.
• Escalate to Region/BU transformation office leader, if projects are at risk of missing milestones with recommended action plan.
Best Practices and Dependency Management (Enterprise Initiatives and Key BU initiatives):
• Monitors and stays abreast of potential impacts that may affect the effectiveness of the program.
• Proactively identifies cross-program implications and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to arrive at and implement recommendations. Examples include but are not limited to system, process, and capability implications.
• Creates action plans to drive implications to resolution. Work closely with Region/BU transformation office team/Enterprise Transformation Office and region/BU stakeholders to ensure using common tools, processes and best practices to manage the enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with others in the TO to develop and deploy best practices and tools to enhance our collective ability to manage individual projects, the collective portfolio of projects, enterprise resource management, business case tracking, and progress reporting.
BU Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management:
• Engage with leaders and stakeholders across Region/BU to understand local nuances and ensure a globally cohesive transformation plan.
• Communicate transparently with key stakeholders, including functional teams and business unit leader, regarding the progress, benefits, and challenges associated with the transformation initiatives
• Work with key stakeholders to minimize risks to programs and ensure escalations occur as needed to stay on track.
• Collaborate closely with cross -functional teams and COEs to ensure seamless integration of shared service operations.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of transformation projects
要求:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, or related field.
• At least 10 years of portfolio/program management experience, with at least 5 years of experience working directly with senior business leaders. Experience should include the supervision of PMO for one or more projects.
• Ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives and business leaders.
• Experience with end to end program implementation - covering activities across multiple phases: fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration build, user testing, legacy system conversions, end user, cutover, deployment, and post go live support.
• Strong business acumen; understands key financial drivers related to growth and an organization’s revenue goals.
