Mission:

Technical driven with cross function to maintain/increase CES (Custom Engineering Solution) to OEM and end users, especially TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) supporting product.
Job Description:

- Technical design regarding the components for CES and TBM support products to OEM and end users.

- Optimize the design of the components in a systematic way to fulfil the application requirement of variant.

- Fully support CES/TBM sales in technical conference with customer, maintain a good relationship with customer technical teams.

- Create and maintain bill of material for the product and sub-assemblies.

- Participate in new product development and follow project process.

- Participate in continuous product improvement process.

- Select proper material, welding type and specify manufacture technology.

- Support sourcing group in selecting and qualifying suppliers.

- Assist manufacture on mechanical related issues and find solutions.

- Necessary business travel is needed.
Experience requirements:

- More than 3-year experience in designing

- Proficient with the theory of mechanical design and Sheetmetal design

- Good knowledge in structural welding

- Knowledge in hydraulic system or electrical system is preferred.

- Experience of mining or construction segment is preferred
