岗位职责:
1. In charge of complete product design in compliance with product visibility, taking into account FAU process and product standards. Responsible for seat mechanisms.
2. Manage a Program File in Product Data Management (PDM) (including roles & rights), maintaining appropriate product and process definitions
3. Manage technical aspects of a program: Prepare and update other program related technical documentation
4. Ensure that the technical convergence plan meets product quality and cost targets
5. Ensure that the PMS (Program Management System) technical milestone deadlines are met
6. Liaise with industrial engineer so that product and process characteristics are under control when production is launched
7. Work with all sections of our business and suppliers to ensure accurate data and information transfer is achieved.
8. Manage a team of Design Engineers.
9. Participate to meetings with the customers, the program team and the suppliers.
10. Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management Rules and Regulations Values Employee handbook of the company.
11. Others temporary job given by Line Manager
岗位要求
1 Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering

2 Experience in Design & Development within an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry

3 Knowledge and experience in the Project Management process

4 Good knowledge of Program standards, tools, and methods

5 Appropriate training in program specific CAD software

6 Familiar with primary manufacturing methods

7 Team player with strong communication skills

8 International mind set
