Job Responsibilities:
Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements
Assist to maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
Assist to negotiate and be liaison with vendors or suppliers
Arrange sample submission
Assist to work with our quality control and product development department to ensure that all products manufactured meet the quality expected, the budgeted cost and the expected shipment time.

Requirements:
Experience with merchandising, familiar with Home Textiles product.
Must have 5-10 years’ experience with home textiles.
Must have good communication/follow up skills
Working experience in top 10 home textiles company is a plus.
Working experience with big retailers like Walmart/Target is a plus.
Understand Walmart, Target or other big US retailers' testing requirements and process is a plus.
Candidates must be willing to take ownership of their work and be a problem solver.
Must be business savvy and able to negotiate.
