The key responsibilities are:
Cashier process
？ Daily cash management. Regular reconciliation with bank, make sure the accuracy of bank statement and balance.
？ Identify and follow up the potential issue in cash process
？ Make sure the payment has been made in a timely and accurate manner.
？ Responsible for the data provided to external/internal departments.
Tax process
？ Input VAT verification and invoice related problem solving.
？ Experienced in tax law, regulation and practice and assess implications on the business. Including but not limited to VAT, CIT, Stamp duty, etc.
？ Support all kinds of tax inspection/ investigation/audit and build practical defense to ensure the organization meets its tax obligations and minimize the tax risks.
？ Assist the communication with tax bureau.
？ In charge of knowledge transfer and prepare SOP
Audit, internal control and compliance
？ Support for data preparation of audit, internal control and compliance
Transition
？ Experienced in project transition and SOP preparation are required
？ Experienced in SAP migration is preferred.
Experience background
？ Excellent in China GAAP, IFRS, China tax law.
？ Experienced in SAP is preferred, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
？ Experienced in project transition, experience in SOP preparation.
？ Good at reading and written in English.
？ Bachelor/above degree, major in accounting/tax is preferred
？ 3 years full-time related working experiences.
？ Strong problem solving and analytical skills
？ Both traditional industry and BPO/SSC experience will be preferred
Relationship maintenance
？ Work with other internal teams, such as Master Data, Procurement and General Ledger, to ensure end-to-end process efficiency
？ Closely communicate with SAFE, bank and tax bureau for the case.
？ Manage day to day interaction with local finance and global GBS team effectively
